     “People come and People go”, I guess that’s something we in the Country Music industry are pretty used to. However, very rarely, a singer will come along who has the ability to “stay”-by perfecting their career and constantly moving forward with it. Minnesota native and Nashville recording artist TAMI LEE has all of the abilities to not only stay, but stay on top of the Country Music world. Tami’s love of singing and entertaining started at a very young age. She tells me that even as a little girl she would climb up on the backyard picnic table and start singing for her family! Music became a passion for the young Tami Lee. She learned how to play several instruments and mastered her vocal talents at an early age. Tami came from a very musical family, and playing and singing was very common. She began to “absorb” music, with styles ranging from the classic country sounds of artists like Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, and Loretta Lynn, to the hard rockin’ hair bands of the 80s, like Bon Jovi, Foreigner, and Heart. Exposure to a wide range of musical styles and artists began to “season and flavor” Tami’s own style. Her talents only got better, and her passion only grew until finally she wound up in Nashville, Tennessee. While in Nashville, Tami got the “once in a lifetime” opportunity of singing in front of Nashville Record Producer Allen Frizzell (yes, from the Legendary Country Music Frizzell Family!). Allen Frizzell loved what he heard, and knew that Tami Lee was an artist he had to record. Almost instantly Tami was in the studio with some of the hottest musicians in Nashville, the songs were chosen, Frizzell was at the controls, and Country Music Magic was once again made on 16th Avenue! Tami Lee’s debut album “Heroes In My Heart” was released and the wheels began turning. Word spread fast and Tami was in demand for performances at fairs, concerts, street dances, casinos, clubs, etc… Tami Lee and The Northern Lights Band hit the road making music and friends in Minnesota, The Dakotas, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Canada, Louisiana and more. With top notch vocal skills, razor sharp good looks, and a world-class band behind her, Tami Lee and The Northern Lights is one act that will “stay” around The Country Music Industry for some time!
